Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

天后張惠妹（阿妹）昨晚首度征服台北大巨蛋，22日來到第2場「ASMR Maxxx @ Taipei Dome」世界巡演，發現觀眾席應援燈牌、手幅少於昨日首場，她笑嗆「今天大家好像比較沒有心喔，都沒有牌子」，但其實並不影響她全心投入演出，首首高音都飆到天花板，讓人意猶未盡。
她今晚仍以艷紅女戰神裝揭開序幕，全場4萬名觀眾無比熱情，她開心說：「你們這個聲音太壓迫人了！我把一半的體力都弄完了。」又問大家要不要趕高鐵？明天是不是要上班？想當然爾粉絲一定都說不用，她忍不住喊話：「可是我休5天耶！我沒有怕喔！要唱多久就唱多久！你們尖叫聲太大了，好像可以玩到半夜。」
全場再次響起震耳欲聾的尖叫聲，阿妹笑說不行啦，「今天起床我全身痠痛，但是聽到你們的聲音又太high了，好像昨天沒唱過一樣」。此回加裝延伸舞台，她說同仁看到網路回饋一片好評，「很開心大家喜歡這場演唱會，但是親愛的，你們要知道，只要是人，只要（由下往上拍）角度這樣拍，都不會好看」。
